The project explores the relationship between architecture, landscape, and collective living. The building is conceived as a two level volume that adapts to the site.

At the core of the project lies a central courtyard, inspired by traditional Mediterranean architecture. This space acts as an internal square—a protected, quiet environment that fosters social interaction, orientation, and a sense of community among residents.

The building opens itself to the surrounding landscape, establishing continuous visual connections with the horizon. The building reads as a panoramic terrace, where interior and exterior blend seamlessly, enhancing the perception of space, light, and nature.

Movement throughout the complex is defined by a system of perimeter galleries, overlooking the courtyard and ensuring clear, accessible, and visually connected circulation paths.

Communal spaces are located on the lower ground level (-1), directly linked to shared outdoor areas, while the residential rooms are positioned on the ground floor, providing privacy, accessibility, and a direct relationship with open spaces.
