The proposal offers a sensitive and strategic vision for the future of Huelva, advocating for a sustainable, inclusive urban model deeply rooted in its territorial and cultural identity. The strategy is structured around five fundamental systems:
mobility, recreation, services, culture, and landscape. Each intervention is organized according to its scale, transformative potential, and temporal horizon, allowing for structured impact and facilitating gradual implementation from the short to the long term. At the heart of the project lies a large park that serves as a link between the historic center and the southern expansion: a green seam that reconnects the city through accessible pathways, gathering spaces, permeable pavements, and vegetation adapted to the local climate.

The design follows a modular, scalable, and replicable logic, consciously integrated into the urban fabric and capable of responding to climatic, social, and cultural challenges. It promotes active mobility and a sense of belonging, recognizing public space as the central stage of collective life.
